Privacy notice – contact form

We collect: first name, email or phone, area/complex, rooms, approx. m², what your enquiry is about, any message, your plans and preferred language.

Purpose: to answer your enquiry (valuation, home service, inheritance or other) and contact you about it. Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)); in Turkey KVKK Art. 5.

Retention: your details are anonymised 24 months after our last contact with you.

We never sell your details. They are stored on our own server and shared only with the staff preparing the valuation.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and withdrawal of consent at any time – write to orhan@jodreams.dk. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
